ABOUT US
The Shuck Station started as a bustling little food cart in Portland with Brendan Parsons at the helm. After shucking to his hearts content in Portland’s Old Port, he moved his business closer to home, to where the business still lives today. The Shuck Station was a modest little raw bar, just serving oysters in its first year. In years since, it has grown to what it is today, a bustling summer hangout for visitors and Mainers alike just steps from the Damariscotta River. In addition to oysters, the summer menu includes favorites like a fried clam basket, fish tacos, and a lobster roll (served with mayo or butter - no judgement).
