FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q.) How many oysters should we order? 

A.) We typically advise clients to plan for 3 oysters per guest, that is assuming 1/2 of your guests love oysters and 1/2 your guests don't care for oysters. If your event is filled with ostreaphiles ( a lover or aficionado of oysters), ​please air on the side of 1-3 more per person. 

Q.) Do you offer any other raw bar options outside of oysters? 

A.) Yes, we're pleased to offer additional raw bar menu items such as : tuna tartare bites, shrimp cocktail, crab claws, scallop ceviche, caviar, and more! Please check out the "ADD-ONS" menu section. If you don't see what you're looking for please reach out directly.

Q.) Do you offer any delicious dishes we've come to love from dining at the Shuck Station?​

A.) Yes, we can accommodate some of the dishes you've come to love from THe Shuck Station and are willing to work with you on alternative menu options. Please contact us with your inquiry. 

Q.) Do you require a deposit to hold our date?

A.) Yes, we require a 50% deposit to hold your date for your event?

Q.) What is your cancellation policy? 

A.) Great news, we are willing to work with you on rescheduling your date. However, a full cancellation of the event within 30 days will be subject to forfeiting the initial deposit.
